1942 Lounge is proudly Black-owned and operated by BenG and Shavonne, two dynamic forces shaping the future of nightlife in Washington, DC.

 

BenG is a trailblazer in nightlife and entertainment, known for his top-tier hospitality, unmatched customer service, and ability to turn any room into an unforgettable experience. Born in France, raised in Italy, and rooted in Senegalese heritage, BenG brings a global perspective and a magnetic presence that sets the tone for the 1942 experience.

 

Shavonne Holman is a proud Howard University graduate and powerhouse businesswoman with ties to the DC community. With a background in organizational leadership and development she brings structure, to the lounge — ensuring every element of the 1942 experience is intentional, elevated, and seamless.

 

Together they are redefining vibe dining and nightlife by creating a space where Black culture, luxury, and authenticity collide.
